25 Year Shelf Life

Whether you are using Legacy Premium for everyday meals, camping trips, or long term food storage, our goal is to make sure that you are getting the most taste and nutritional value from your food.  By using Oxygen Absorbers and Nitrogen Flushing our Mylar pouches and under ideal conditions (consistent temperatures under 70 degrees Fahrenheit and out of sunlight), the shelf life of all of our products is up to 25 years.  For best flavors and nutritional values, we recommend using the products within 15-20 years, but there are no safety or health concerns if used after that time period.
